Return & Refund Policy

At Buyteez, we want our customers to have a positive shopping experience.

Eligible return requests may generally be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products should generally:

• Be unused
• Be unworn, where applicable
• Be in their original condition
• Include original packaging where reasonably possible
• Include original tags or labels where applicable
• Include valid proof of purchase

2. How to Request a Return

Before returning any product, please contact service@buyteez.com.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Email address used for the order
• Product name
• Reason for return
• Photos where relevant

Please do not return products without first receiving return instructions from our customer service team.

3. Return Address

Do not send returns directly to our company office address without prior authorization.

Because products are shipped from China and return arrangements may vary depending on the product, order, and reason for return, the appropriate return address will be provided after your request is reviewed and approved.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is caused by a defective product, damaged product, incorrect product, or an error on our part, we will provide appropriate assistance regarding return shipping costs.

For returns requested for personal reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.

An appropriate resolution may include replacement, refund, partial refund, or another appropriate remedy.

6. Refund Processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact service@buyteez.com as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with cancellation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
